interviewed by operations group commander and wing commander to ensure I met qualities of an effective leader. Was notified by operations group commander of my selection. tied up loose ends in my previous job and then transitioned to new job within 2 weeks.

Over the phone due to geographical separation. It was really easy and non-evasive. They made it somewhat easy to translate my prior experience into what I would be doing for the desired job.

Need to qualify for service both mental and physically. Recruiters were great on helping me through the process. Spent 1 day taking a test and another day getting a medical evaluation. HR people walked me through the process very smoothly.
