Interview
No interview. Talk to a recruiter. Identify career options. Take entrance exam to determine aptitude for various military jobs. select job, discuss length of contract, sign a ton of papers, undergo a full medical exam, depending on job choice may have to undergo a security clearance background process.

Take the ASVAB and see what you qualify for. The recruiter will let you know what you can do or if there is a wait for certain jobs. Choose those that interest you and search Reddit for first hand experiences.

Interview
Four officers interviewed me to see if I was a good candidate for OCS. There was an O4 and three O3s. They asked me leadership and life experience questions. Keeping the answers short is important because no one wants to hear your life story.
