Primary test is basic comprehension- reading, math, logic -Study your basic electrical theory and know how to "fold" 2d shapes into their true form. This test is roughly 2 hrs long. If you are hired you will begin yet more etsting during day shift hours lasting about a week. You will be required to travel to norman oklahoma for classes in more basic electrical theory and must pass for a job (although some get second chances) this is a union type envoronment with jobs- bids will show what position is available and the union will hopefully enforce these to keep people from stagnating
