Telephonic Call | Assignment Round | Technical Call with an Architect | Technical Call with an Senior Architect First getting an email Many congratulations on clearing the interview rounds and we are pleased to offer you the position of Python Architect. and then getting to know that their team is preferring a guy (just because he is based out of Noida) even when I was explicitly told that it's remote position (discussed with their senior member also) Then I get a call from someone in your team who asks me "If I can do freelancing on hourly basis". Then I hear that there is some financial constraints for the position after pestering for minutes. This happens even after asking the question very candidly before the start of interview process "If there is any budget constraint for this position?" and I was clearly told, No budget constraint This is highly unprofessional from US Tech Solutions and waste of time.
