USA Dawgs interview questions

I was called by VP of Sales. We did a brief interview on the phone and then was asked to come in for a face to face interview. At which time I reviewed the apparel and footwear. Then received a call back a day later to meet the CEO. The VP of Sales said I was hired, but don't tell the CEO, to act like I was still being interviewed. Seemed weird. The VP of Sales also told me things to say at the interview.

I went in sat and waited about a half hour. met with a woman for a few minutes she asked if I lived close, had my own car, and if I could start that day. Then a man came in not the owner with her and told me all about the company for about an hour and they asked me if I could stay and start working that day and I did.
