15 min phone than 1hr inperson interview. Discussed reasons for applying and background of similar jobs. The phone interview ask questions about the experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company USIC is expecting for candidates.
Was very quick and easy . Did a self record video then was offered the position. Didn’t really get to speak to anyone until the called and offered me the position

What is the reason I was interested in the position
It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
