The process was impressive and clarification towards all the queries were done. The document uploads and onboarding process was also fine. I enjoyed knowing more details about the facilities and work culture in UST global.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UST (Raipur, Chhattisgarh) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview has 4 rounds all of which were telephonic or video call, followed by a background verification of the candidate. The whole process was completed within 45 to 60 day.

Question 1
First and Second Rounds were Technical rounds. The question were asked from Java, MySQL, Agile model, RESTful, SOAP, and if you are a experienced person than some questions related to your projects.
Fourth round was client round, took by the clients that are from US, generally to check your voice and accents. The question that were asked by the clients were scenario based questions like “ If you are stuck in some situation that what will you do” just to check your decision making capabilities.
