UW Medical Center interview questions

First you get sent essay questions which you answer and email back, then comes a phone screen, then you get an in person interview or half day trial on the job. If they like what they see you get an offer.

Longer interview than expected, a lot of questions. There were some typical interview questions and several situational ones. It was the longest and most in depth interview I've had for and CNA job. But interviewer was very nice and helpful with answering questions.
