UW Solutions interview questions

Sit in a panel of 5 people. 2 people from the department you are going for. Fed a bunch of bull to reel you in. Each person talks and says who they are and how long they've been with the company. They'll say how they don't have a turn over rate. But what they don't tell you is they hire temps and fire them often but do not count them because theure temps. Also when they fire you they force you to resign with 2 weeks pay or take nothing. They talk about the culture and how there are no bosses. But there is. It's all lies.
