I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UXPin (Poznań, Greater Poland) in Nov 2020
Interview
Quite awful and not well structure, questions were asked in a similar style to a police interrogation, no conversation skills at all and no offer was made. I am not sure if the interviewer was a professional in HR or not, however the interviewer was clearly not fit for this kind of interviews. Too many generic questions and no concrete details about the role. Nevertheless, the process was fast and no time was wasted in the recruitment process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UXPin in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a quick and to the point interview process. It had 2 stages:
1.Fill out a Survey
2.Video Interview with VP of PM
After that, within a few days i got the offer.
