      This was my second time applying for this role. My first interview experience took place when Uber opened their centre of excellence in Limerick. I passed both telephone interview and creative exercise and then had a Skype interview, bearing in mind I was in Limerick as was the interviewer, why not do it on site and make it more personal?. Needless to say I did not get any further and was advised I was more operational. I have about 10 years in call centers. I did ask for a little more feedback but did not receive any so I let it go. I applied again after a year and went through the telephone interview and was told once the creative exercise was completed I would have an onsite interview the following Thursday. I took this as a positive. I did fill in the creative exercise and used the exact same answers as I did the previous year but also ensured the answers were still correct according to the uber website. I didn't get any further and was told "It came down to what creatives aligned most with what our hiring team was looking for". I have since asked for further feedback and to date nothing. I am a little older than probably the majority of the candidates they hire in this sort of role and I can't help but wonder?

      There were two interviews with senior management and they were very nice and the questions were not overly difficult. The whole process took around 2 weeks so it was quite quick.

      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uber (Limerick, Limerick) in Nov 2021

      Interview

      The two ladies talked about the company and the roles. They asked about five questions in total. Mainly cv questions and times I overcame obstacles. Uber never came back to me with their decision which sucks as they told me I would hear back early the next week but I was waiting all week and nothing. It wouldnt have been hard for them to send on an email, especially as they contacted me for the interview in the first place. I wont be applying or recommending them in the future.

      Applied online, the process took around week and it was all online. First interview with recrutier (30 minutes), next Creative exercise (5 question, 1 hour to answer) and after that interview with Team Leader (30 minutes) .
