I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
We met as a group, some of us were interviewing for the sales position some were for customer service. They gave us an introduction on the company and where it plans to go for an hour than after that we were schedule for 3 one on one interviews that were 20 minutes each. One interview is based on getting to know you and behavioral questions, very casual. The second was an interview based on your sales experience. They really stress how important it is to be competitive throughout the interviews and they try to figure your intensity and drive. It's odd because they ask in depth questions on your sales experience when in the introduction meeting they stress that they'll take anyone even with zero sales background as long as they like you and your a hard worker as "culture is very big there".The last interview was a some role playing. You had to pretend to call a restaurant and try to get them to sign up for uber eats. Not hard, they give you feedback and depending on how you did they might ask you to do it again.

Question 1
How would you go about finding a business to reach out to and what qualifies a good prospect?
First Interview conducted, 2nd scheduled and then Ghosted by HR despite followup. Poor communication, especially from a large organization with a dedicated HR department. I would have expected them to follow through with their intentions as communicated.

Questions about if I was willing to work in office
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was very well structured and thoughtfully designed. It began with a 45-minute recruiter conversation that clearly outlined the role and expectations, followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager that went deeper into leadership style, problem solving, and behavioral questions. The final step was a 40-min case study presentation + 20 min. discussion, which was well scoped and allowed for meaningful dialogue. Took a few hours to make the deck, but they provided all the questions they wanted you to answer.
Really brought clarity to the role, what they expect from me and vice versa. Overall, the process felt organized, respectful of time, and focused on real-world skills and collaboration.
