My initial contact/recruiter, Michelle, was a pleasure to work with; we had a great initial chat and I was pushed to the second round, in which I would chat with two other EA's at the company in two different departments -- this was done in efforts to gauge background/experience and see where the best fit may be. While one of the EA's was lively, conversational, engaged, and provided a lot of insight into her department, the other seemed to be on her 10th interview that day and came off disinterested and condescending with in their questions. While I understand that Uber is a huge company and many people would love the chance to be attached to the brand, feeling like you're fighting a losing battle within two-minutes into a conversation doesn't set the best impression for potential candidates.
