Very long process. HR was very unorganized. I never felt comfortable with the process. The requested a case study analysis- but the document was incomplete and did not clarify the issues

Requested a case study with 10 long questions, with less than 48 hour turn around
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter and we set up a phone interview. The phone interview was short and seemed hurried. After the phone interview I was sent a fact pattern with questions similar to a law school final and given 48 hours to complete.
After applying online for an open position, I was contacted within 24 hours by HR and had a discussion with that person the next day. A video conference was set up with the hiring manager the next week. The video conference went very well and I was told that I would be contacted shortly by HR about next steps. I was suprised to receive an email a few days later saying that they are changing the role and moving in a different direction. The company seems to be growing very quickly, but disorganized!
