I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Recruiter screening, then phone interview with the hiring manager, then on-site. There were no surprising questions, or difficult ones. They look for both skills and personality match. I didn't get an offer, although my skills were strong match for what the role is. Overall, the interview process was very well organized.
Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team
