Reached out by a recruiter for the first round of interview. No phone screening. The interviewer was nice, he asked basic easy leetcode question on coderpad. I solved the question, but didn't not get a call back.

It was comparing a number to its right and left and if there is a number that is greater than to its right and or less than to the number on its left side, you would return false.
Very smooth, interviewers were friendly, on-site and all interviews in the same day. Managed to grab lunch and talk about the company culture. Good guidance throughout the process. Two coding, two system design, one bar raiser, one hiring manager.
