After providing my CV I received an email in which I needed to complete both a video interview and a written English test. The video interview lasted around 10-15 minutes and was more personality based, getting to know me and why I applied for the job, with a couple of written questions thrown in too. The English test involved writing potential forum and social media posts as that would be a key role in the job.
