Interview
At first, I applied for an apprenticeship as a programmer at Ubisoft. After the first interview, they decided that I'm good enough to get invited for a second interview as a gameplay programmer, bascially skipping the whole apprenticeship. I was invited to the interview, but nobody took the time to tell me it was for a higher position than what I applied for. Obviously I was unprepared, and after the interview I got ghosted. The only answer I received was from HR after E-Mailing one of the devs who interviewed me. The people did seem like good company, but the whole experience left me with the impression that your time and you yourself are not really valued and respected.

Interview
General progamming questions and a small project to see capabilities. Diverse coding problems that could be solved with basic data structure knowledge. Different conversations regarding memory layout, memory usage efficiency, etc.
