For this position, I had to go through two interviews - one with the hiring manager and the other with the operations director. Both my interviews went better than I thought. My first interview lasted about 15 minutes and my second one lasted about 30 minutes. Overall, the interview process was quite smooth and I was fortunate to visit their company in person to see what it was like. However, I would have appreciated a longer time to decide whether to accept or decline the offer.
