Ultim8 interview questions

It seems that there are a lot of make up positions for this company, the interview was easy, they ask you for your background and your experience. It seems that they are not interested on which field are you in. My interviewer was having interviews with a lot of people that morning, it seems that she was tired and I understood around 20% of what she was saying. After that I was elected for the second interview which was on the street. This is a company which follows the pyramid structure where you can open your new business and do what your boss or interviewer is doing. The job is "do campaigns and offer people some subscription to a non-profit organizations" which you earn commission.

Let's start here...... the position you thought you applied for, it doesn't exist. They jam in hundreds of interviews per day (5 minutes each) because what you are really interviewing for is to be a walking commercial for non profits. You will literally walk around trying to talk to people about signing up for a monthly donation to one of these non profits and then you get a commission from it (can't be very much). DO NOT waste your time interviewing with them.
