-The interview process is three sections, the first being a phone call from Mark where he learns a bit about you and your relevant experience, he makes the job sound very good and easy as if businesses want to advertise in USA TODAY'S specialty publications at the high price they sell for. If he likes how you sound on the phone and you don't talk yourself out of the interview he asks you to come in at your convenience. Mark will have you fill out a paper application no matter how extensive your resume explaining that the HR department is unreasonably picky which they are. He will then have a conv with you in his office outlining the general job responsibilities, his requirements, and if he really likes you he'll sit you in front of his boss for a brief q&a where you should be both conservative and sociable.

Mark made an effort to make me feel comfortable and inform me on everything I wanted to know. It was an informal interview, we spoke about our lives and goals and what the company’s mission was.
