      UFLP Graduate Scheme Interview

      Dec 4, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever in Nov 2017

      Interview

The interview process is characterised by three different stages: psychometric tests, digital interview, assessment centre. The psychometric tests are relatively easy as long as you take them seriously and understand what their purpose is (evaluating the PE fit - if your personality fits with the values of the company). The digital interview is a little bit more tricky because you are asked to address 4 different business cases (the first three are shorter and the last one is a bit more complex). Since it is a digital interview, they probably use AI to assess your performance, thus, it is very important that you use related keywords and the right body language (like looking straight into the camera) and intonation. Don't know about the Assesment centre. I only know that there are group exercises and competency-based interviews.

      Question 1

In one of the business case, you were asked to solve a specific HR related issue regarding an acquisition of a small company by Unilever. Every case has multiple questions to answer.
