Phone Interview:
Given a range of 5 competency based questions and asked what you would do in that role. Takes 25 minutes in total. You are allowed to think about each question before you answer i.e. dont worry about there being silences.
Relaxed and friendly environment with time given to properly think about and formulated answers to questions. Not too intense. Requires some basic technical knowledge of role to fully succeed interview.

Played lots of strategy games for first round, then did a virtual video interview and recorded myself- went badly they asked questions that I didn't think were applicable towards an R&D role with little time to prep and you couldnt retake the video

telephone interview, 1st: HR Interview, 2: team interview (3 colleagues of the team i will work with in the future). It supposed to be a skype interview, however, due to technical problems, it results in a phone interview.
