As I had been on Placement at Unilever, I had direct entry to the Discovery Day. If not, it is online application, online tests and games, telephone interview etc.

It was a pretty standard process for a grad program application: online application, game-based psychometric testing, then a hirevue video interview. They say you can't 'study' for psychometric testing but most online IQ games mimic the types of games they give you, so they're useful to prep.
