Das Verfahren dauert sehr schnell. Nach einer Online-Bewerbung folgt via SMS die EInladung zu einem Pymetrics-Test (zu dem man sich NICHT vorbereiten kann/muss). Mittels verschiedener Onlinespiele wird ein Psychogramm erstellt und mit den geheimen Anforderungen von Unilever abgeglichen. Somit erfährt man schon innert 24h, ob man für das Programm geeignet ist. An sich eine tolle Sache mit guten Einblicken, auch wenn eine schnelle Absage schmerzt und man gar nicht mit physischen Personen in Kontakt ist.

After participating in the fourth round of the application procedure. I never heard anything back. I was really excited about the program they offer and had spent much time preparing for the different application round. I believe It is only appropriate to let the applicants know about their status in the application process. I felt as if you are yet another number in the process.
