They asked to submit the resume and then I go a call.There were 3 rounds of Interview GD,Techinical and HR.The Interviewers were very friendly. In GD they divided us in group of 10 members and gave us case study and we together had to disscuss and come up with the solution.

So basically the process starts with the shortlisting based on resume & CGPA. Secondly they'll ask you to fill a HUL enrollment form which has some basic questions asking your academic details and then 5 questions based on Managerial/behavioural After that they shortlist candidates again based on the Responses of HUL enrollment form. Now once u get shortlisted after all these ...boom ...you got into interviews directly....yes, there's no test for HUL ET role So there are 2 rounds of interviews, both of them are of 30 minutes each In first round you'll be asked questions from the HUL enrollment form which you have filled and about projects you did in your academics. In second round again you'll be asked about your projects and 1 or 2 technical questions , about internships and finally some HR questions. Hope this helps
