Interview
There is no game assessment to define your cognitive traits or anything. Just four question that include 1 case study. It is not that difficult but with short period of preparation time is given, it kind of rush.

It contains general question and case study which about task distribution method, use given information like detail of product's campaign to make short presentation, how to make sure that your superior will take your opinion seriously

Interview
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
