Two or three short supply chain case studies (two - three minutes approximately); you need to explain the issue, the solution and who to talk to....
1 long case study document (10 minutes approximately): say what you learned and what could be a possible solution
3 Online Games, then digital assessment interview.
the 3 online games were divided into, 1 including math simple problems, the second one was cognitive trying to remember the dots or some frames, and the last one was about connecting dots as in puzzles

Interview
The interview process was good overall but its use of digitalized interviews on hirevue has innovated the way the interviewing process is done. The platform uses AI to record the candidate's interview effectively. There was a business case study included that has to be analyzed properly in terms of sustainability.
