First round was a resume submission and “games”. The next round is a hirevue, and the third round is a super day with a case study and many individual interviews.
Group of 10-12 students on a Teams call. You're then given a case study to review and work with the student candidates on questions formulated by the interview team. After the time is up, you present as a group. Interviewers watch in the background to see team dynamics and interactions.

Technical and competency interview with about an even split of each. Competency was not cliche and had challenging questions, and the technical interview was average relative to others like AstraZeneca.
