Union Recording Studio interview questions

Interview process was somewhat vague. Probing questions asked to determine level of experience and congeniality. Interested is piqued more when there is name dropping of who you've worked with or if you've gained experience through a reputable source affiliated with organization...pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary. People were nice through the entire process of interviewing and onboarding.
