Sat down in office, asked standard questions about previous experience etc. Asked questions such as how much I knew about the company and what safety policies they had in place on campus so some research beforehand did come in handy. Generally informal and calm, and did not last too long either.

I withdrew from the process after being given a demanding, unpaid task as part of the interview. The task required extensive market research, strategic event planning, and even visual design via Canva, to be completed in just a few days, ahead of a panel interview with 13 questions.
While I understand the need to assess candidates, the scope and time commitment of the task felt excessive, especially given this was an early stage with no guarantee of progression or compensation.

Interview
Online interview when I applied, asked about relevant experience, values of the company and what you will bring. Asked about teamwork. There were three staff members interviewing. Overall very positive.
