I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo in May 2015. They were very pleasant and it was generally a good experience. Went through two interviews. First interview with merchandising manager. It was quite normal, she asked why I wanted to join, and then went through a few other routine questions.
