It was a terrible interview process. The HR response was slow and didn't reply to emails at all. I have to keep chasing them for results. Very disappointed. Didn't expect a large-scale company like Uniqlo would have HR like this.

I have applied for the Customer Care Agent with Polish language role, I passed to the second stage however on a date and time scheduled by HR person, nobody had showed up. I was waiting more than 1 hour. After contacting with the HR lady, she said that the Team was having problems contacting me as well. I have no idea what has happened, most likely I got a wrong link for the meeting. She said she will contact me asap to reschedule my assessment. It was 3 weeks ago, I emailed her 3 times but she has never return to me. Very very unprofessional and unfair treatment.
