First we were invited for an Examination in the morning at 9:00 but the HR went in to give the examinations at 10:00 AM, The examination consists of 2 Sets, The first set was Logical and Pattern Analysis of Objects (multiple choices), the 2 or 3 applicants with the lowest scores among the applicants will be given a slip (means you failed the first set of exam) then will leave the area since you have failed, the remaining applicants will be given another set of exam only this time the exam consists of English / Grammar and Math (Fractions, Ratio, Basic Algebra Problem Solving) that has 80 questions which should be answered at exactly 15 minutes, so if I were you skipped the hard parts and move on to the easy ones, then just try to guess the answers on other questions in order for you to have a higher chance on not failing the 2nd set of exam. After the examination, the HRs will checked the papers for a moment then will announce who failed (by giving them slips to leave). The remaining applicants will be asked to comeback for an HR interview in the afternoon. After the interview, they will tell you that you may get the Job after processing it for 2 to 3 weeks, if you haven't gotten an email by then, it means that they have offered somebody the job or you have failed the interview.
