United Construction Group interview questions

Initial call was not timely. Call back not timely. Owner/Interviewer used F word repeatedly. Owner disparaged being an older person referred to those over 60 as " just old" with no context provided for the reference except time for earnings are limited. Interviewer could be more professional, which lead me to the conclusion that he isn't professional in the field or in business plan dealings.
