United Media Group interview questions

Met the owner first then interviewed by someone else and then asked to do a writing test. Office was very quiet and had a weird vibe, could sense it was an unhappy workplace with a lot of micromanaging, lack of flexibility and trust in employees. Another person interviewed just before me and the owner told me what he thought of them which was unprofessional.

The interview was too chaotic, without any clear direction. The person that was conducting the interview was not trained well for the job, there where no clear guidelines on the basic compliance information.
