I've gone through a comprehensive interview process consisting of three rounds, a combination of phone and in-person interviews. What stood out to me was the genuine kindness of the interviewers I encountered at each stage. Their approach made the experience more comfortable and engaging. The phone interviews provided an initial connection and insight into the role, while the in-person interviews allowed for a deeper, face-to-face discussion. This combination of interview formats was both informative and reassuring. The kindness and professionalism displayed by the interviewers created a positive impression, leaving me with a sense of mutual respect and a strong desire to be a part of the team.

Interview
The on-site interview for a physician position featured hauling boxes into the company’s surgery center undergoing renovation. The advertisement asserts the job would take place in San Diego or Orange County. Instead, the company pushes applicants to plan on more than 50% of the time working in Temecula. It later offered to arrange a contract with a set of inland hospitals that was not part of the interview day. Recent graduates should expect to cover travel costs including driving to locations not described during the preliminary video interview, an expectation disclosed only after the on-site interview. Further, it made for an odd contrast with multiple comments from staff and the lead officer that the lead officer has two homes, one of which is on the beach.
