Two rounds of interview. Communicate in chinese during interview session. The process at is least 30 minutes. Need to know to speak mandarin as well as the communication culture in this company is Taiwan.

There was no indication whatsoever before the interview that it would be conducted in Chinese. When the interviewer was asked if he wanted the interview to be conducted in English or Chinese, he said Chinese. Communication with HR was in English.
