The most discombobulating and unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. A recruiter would schedule an interview, cc HR colleagues, and then they would stand me up. Took an entire month of back and forth for HR to set up an actual second-round interview, only for the hiring manager to not even show up. The entire process felt disrespectful, and the company comes across as disorganized.

My interview with UTA was fast-paced and insightful. The team asked thoughtful questions, emphasized collaboration and adaptability, and made me feel both challenged and welcomed in a professional, dynamic environment.
