Interview
Had in-person interview at my University. Met with a mid-level person within their Finance area. He was not a good interviewer. He did not seem happy to be there, plus he spent the first 10 minutes of my 30 interview speaking with an old friend of his he had happened to see at my University. No technical questions, just fit questions. He was probably one of the worst interviewers I've had, just seemed very distracted throughout my time with him.

I met with a recruiter on campus. The interview lasted about a half hour with pretty standard questions. The next step would be a Super Day at the UTC headquarters. I heard back about three weeks after the interview.
