      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Unity

      Interview

About a month after applying for the job, I had two phone screenings and got invited for the interview. Between the phone screenings and the interview, HR moved very quickly and I was constantly in the loop. This process took maybe two weeks if not less. The interview was about two hours and I met with the potential team I would be working with. Everyone was nice. Some of the questions were a little tricky, but it wasn't too bad. After the interview, I was told that I would get a call back within a week. After a week/two weeks, I reached out to HR just to know if I should start looking for a different position and HR said they would get back to me at the beginning of the next week because I was still one of the potential hires. This never happened and I ended up getting a different job somewhere else. Honestly, I had a pretty good experience interviewing with Unity until they never got back to me. I had to use my lunch breaks to do phone screenings and I had to take a day off of work to interview with this company. The very lest HR could have done is shot me a quick email saying "We are sorry, we decided to go with a different candidate". If they had at least cared to keep me in the loop with a final rejection email, I would not have given this experience a thumbs down. That was very unprofessional.

      Question 1

Almost every interview question you can think of: Strengths and weaknesses, past experience, what I would do in a specific situation, why I want to work at Unity, three things I am looking for an in a new role, etc.
