I had an awful experience interviewing at Unity, and I don't intend to apply at this company again, or to recommend it to other professionals. Getting on a phone screen with the recruiter was quick and easy. The difficult part came to scheduling time to speak with the hiring manager. The first interview I had scheduled with him was canceled the evening before. I then scheduled a second interview with him. When the time came, I was waiting on the conference call for ten minutes and he did not show up. I emailed the recruiter and she said she just received an email from him saying that he did not have internet where he was at the moment, so we needed to reschedule. I don't understand why he could not have just called my cell phone?? Then, I had to reschedule for a third time. For the third interview, the Zoom links they sent me did not work, and the recruiter had to send new links twice, so my interview didn't even get started until 10 min past the scheduled start.
Overall, my impression of this company is that they are incredibly disorganized, and need to get their stuff together. Will never again consider Unity Technologies.
