I had first applied to a Lead Support Engineer role but they had already proceeded with someone else; however, I was quickly referred to the Support Engineer position. The interview process was very straight forward with a initial call with a recruiter explaining the job and then a couple of questions about how you fit into the role with past job experiences and skills. After that I was sent a take-home assignment that needed to be done before the call and then presented to other engineers in a video call followed up by scenarios about how you would go about solving technical issues and explaining some networking stuff. After the conference call with engineers, the recruiter followed up to catch-up on how everything went, shortly after that we set a call with one of the directors of the team I would be working with. And last but not least final calls with recruiters to provide references to then proceed to the offer stage. The recruiters did a fantastic job on keeping in touch, finding times that work for you, making sure any questions were answered while also giving me details about the culture at Unity. Overall the recruiters were awesome, I've never been treated with such care at past interviews with other companies before. The calls with the team were also very engaging as well as they felt like having a conversation. Even though it might seem like the process took a while it could have been due to the Coronavirus happening in the world.
