I went to the job fair. It was a great way to meet people and get your foot in-the-door. I sent "Thank you" emails (I highly recommend this to anyone interviewing). I received responses the same day to sent up interviews. Remember always Dress To Impress!

I applied online and received a phone call 1 week later to set up a zoom interview. The interview lasted about an hour. It seemed as though the interview went okay but I wasn't really sure. I received an offer the following week.

Focused on FOCUS values of the organization. On the nursing floor you had peer interviews in a more relaxed setting with potential co workers interviewing you. Very welcoming to the job, and allows you to ask questions.

Phone interview as i was out of state. basic interview questions. Discussed experience, goals, and more. Discussed pay (union). Reviewed staffing and work culture. Talked about specifics of the company, types of patients seen, schedule offered.
