I applied for the job and was called within a few hours of applying to come in for an interview. At the interview I met two of the managers and they both asked a few questions and wrote down what I answered.

Easy interview process. They ask behavioral questions and personality questions. They have you interview with the staff to ensure you're a good fit. Positive experience. Background check took the longest since I lived out of state.
