I applied by emailing my resume to the recruiting team after they visited our campus, which was in the Fall. A recruiter reached out to me in Spring a few months after and scheduled a phone interview, and afterwards I had second phone interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
There was a 2 month long process through outside recruiter, 3 rounds. Great people at universal but terrible communication between them and outside recruiters. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and kept the conversation to-the-point.
