Interview
Very short interview, mostly technical questions. Only one round, online. Since its for a research position, I was interviewed by the PI and other Post-Docs within the lab, so the questions were mostly focused on the area of research they do.

They asked about general lab procedures, such as reagent preparation, lab safety, documentation practices, and any experience working with instruments.

Straight forward and fair. Reflect on previous patient orientated experiences and research roles. Behavioural questions are also important to prepare for as for any role as well. It’s important to reflect on and highlight relevant experiences from your CV and be prepared to go into detail about them.
