University of Suwon interview questions

phone interview, then 3 face to face interviews on the same day. One with head teacher, one with head of foreign staff and one with the dean of the college. The staff where excellent and very laid back. The interviews all different. The Korean interview was more strict and rigid. I felt like the first two interviews were more personality based to see if you could cope with the environment of teaching adult students and if you were creative at solving problems. The korean interview was typically about appearing to be a good fit rather than what you actually were. For anyone living in Korea they will understand what this means.

Interview is broken down into two separate meetings. First meeting is casual, just providing general info about the position. Second interview is more formal and intense and reviews your skills, work history, and personality.
