Unizon Taskforce Technology interview questions

Why am I being told I must do a skills assessment for a medical receptionist for a position as a Senior Practice Support Specialist? This is ridiculous. I can't finish the application process without answering questions about whether or not I know how to schedule people for doctor's appointments. Do better.
