Interview
Sent an email outlining my interest in the position, which was met positively. Was sent a take-home test to do which involved making a creative deck on Canva for a brand and selecting the best models, locations and such for the brand and explaining your reasoning for selecting them. Returned the task in about 24 hours and almost immediately got a response saying that while they appreciated how prompt I was, they wanted somebody with more experience. All before we even had a chat, mind you. Definitely a waste of time and furthered my annoyance regarding take-home exercises. Run away from any company that requires this.

photographers, their available models and locations that we can send to the client. Also provide us with the photographer you would recommend for this shoot.
Passed the rounds to the take-home task round. I finished the task but waited for 2-3 months for a final reply. I knew I wasn't the one since they were still looking for other folks :D
